I've grown up always being taught that I have had sore throats just because I've eaten too much fried foods. What I'm wondering is if this is true or if this is a way to just get me to stop eating fried foods. Is it also true that WHEN you have a sore throat you should stop eating those kinds of things til you get better?

Fried foods r not at all good for health. It will increase the cholestrol level in blood and cause other malfunctions.Usually fried foods have high salt content. It will increase the BPand sodium level will b increased. It has no direct relation with sore throat but indirectly affects our body better to avoid fried foods.

Haha, I'm pretty sure thats not true. If you do feel soreness or itching, it could be some type of allergy.
