the only reason a girl would feel insecure about an ex is if the guy showed any signs that he still has feelings for her..
EX: keeping a hidden picture of her
keeping her number handy
going to places she hangs out when his gf isnt with him, but not taking her there when she is with him
Keeping tabs on her life
Unless the girl is just stupid and needs more self esteem, those are usually the reasons!

Because he touched her in the way he is touching me now he told her what he is telling me now and how am i gonna know that he actually means it now to me not that I'm saying that he didn't meant it when he told her that but look at what happened to them
Girls like to live with the illusion that they are the one and only and hates it when this illusion gets broken
We do know that, it isn't true but we like to think that it is
And i bet guys don't like it either to hear about the ex's in the girls life and what they did and did not do

it's vnot about insecurity it's about respect. i don't disrespect my bf by talking to my ex's and he doesnt disrespect me. they are ex's for a reason, theres no reason you should be talking to an ex if your serious with someone else. it causes to many problems and un needed drama. does that answer your question?

they are scared about their past relationships feelings and if they still like theri ex or not. the don't want them cheating.
