A new study has just come out saying dark grapes are the best for antioxidants. All types of berries are very good too. A simple way of incorporating berries into your day is having them on your cereal, yum!

Blueberries have been in the local stores for maybe two months. Cranberries, yes, but you always eat that as juice (good stuff, even as juice) or pomegranate if you buy that hype (the hype is true but like blueberry *juice* I think the *juice* is vile and the fruit is just a nuisance to eat). I was doing a packet of blueberries a day there for a while.

Anti oxidants are very good for heath specially for skin for anti aging process. Pomegranite is very good in anti oxidants and rich in fibre.
