I spent nearly three months chatting with a man on the web,but the relationship has become a bit erratic lately, till he said he wouldn't be able to email me as before due to personal problems inherent to his work. I keep checking my in-box for hours in vain and everyone tells me to give up. I can't do anything save being stuck at my computer. I feel hurt and I miss him, for he was of a great comfort to me in my rough times. Some say it was a lame excuse to give me the kick. I am lost at crossroads.

awww girlie...im sorry you have to go through this...i know exactly how you feel...what you should do is leave it for atleast two days and if he doesnt respond back to you...email him or call him and ask him how he is doing and let him know how you feel that you are confused about this situation and that you are hurt and hope that you guys can still talk over things. i bhink he just needs some space...he might be confused and needs to think about things...all you can do is give him that space..dont pressure him into anything...just go along with it, respect his decision but no matter what dont give up! i promise everything will be okay!

He is probably married and doesn't want divorce because some unknown girl who he met on Internet. My advice is prepare yourself as much you can be beautiful, take some friends with and get fun in some club or party. Maybe there you will find prince on a white horse. If you keep on sitting down the computer you will lose precious time of your life or you going to meet some crazy maniac who is getting fun by that way. LIFE IS TOO SHORT.

Maybe the only computer he has access to is at work & he got in trouble for all the personal emails. Email him tell him if this is the problem to please let you know. Tell him if he can't email anymore to please go to a library & he can use a computer there for free & explain in detail what the problem is, if there is no response they may have made him block you, get a new email address & email him from it & tell him you really need a more detailed explanation.

Ah....u give so much of urself. I'd feel safe to say... ...way to much. You are seriously wasting ur time on foolish things.
Most of the guys online......only want discount, cheap entertainment. It's true. The online dating game....is only a
distraction...from yur real life. Go out and meet real guys who are emotionally available...who care about ur feelings.

I'm sorry...maybe he is married or something. I know it must be hard because you became attached, but thats a shady excuse. Leave it alone, you may hear from him again, but I would definitly not let him get the best of you. Something sounds off. Sorru..I wish you the best. BTW- internet dating...worst way to meet someone genuine.

Similar situation with a woman for me. Mine was for an entire year and then I finally went to visit her face to face and it was a diaster. For some reason, my dumb@$$ simply can't let go but I understand how you feel. You feel so invested that you don't want to give up and you're willing to compromise to all hell to get everything back on track.

My best advice is that there are plenty of fish in the sea. You are young and have plenty of time to find the right one. Give it time, and don't ever give up. Patience and Persistence are both good qualities to have. Good Luck!

have you ever met this man in person? probably not....more than likely he is not the man you think he is....do not trust anyone you meet online....go find a man the right way...you will be much happier.....
