1. Get a full physical (and if required, mental) check up. If something does come up get it treated.
2. If nothing significant comes up - since most of us are bound to have some medical issue - clearly it is a state of mind. Get her away for a vacation to a nice place (Goa, Amsterdam, Rome) for a couple of weeks. Get her out of her normal environment.
3. Talk to her. Take her out for dinner or to a night club. Get her to mix with friends. Most of these cases are when people feel unwanted or unloved. Make her feel she is important to you and that you are willing to do anything for her.
4. If she is a chronic hypochondriac - see a shrink, or as said before take her for a full check up and show her that there is nothing significant wrong with her.
All the best buddy !!!!

Sound like she need to get pshycological help. Its very common in Indian culture for female to complain to seek attaintion from their husband. But you have to be carefull dealing with this. Has she been always like this is she feel isolated and lonely. is she working? she might need to get some antidepression to lift her mood up. Also get her blood check sometime women with anaemia can feel fatigue and complain of feeling ill all the time, incurrage her to go for walk and also when she dress up etc praise her. try all these and see how this work. Good luck. Spartan

Perhaps she is feeling ill, and may have an underlying health problem. You sound like a nice caring husband, so why not make a doc. app. for her, get a full medical checkup and blood works done. She may be lacking iron or some other deficiency.

Find out the cause through a good general practitioner, a psychologist and preferably a psychiatrist. The origin of her illness has to be found out to suggest a good remedy.

there has to be some reason for her feeling so,try to talk more to her, does she stays alone at home and keeps thinking about some thing,or does she likes to be left alone even when there are people at home,if so consult a counslar.other wise it could be just weekness may be she is not geeting enough rest,or may be she has some breathing allergies which she does not knows and that can be the reason of feeling low.the reason can be physical or psychological we need to observe her and find out.
