Sri Bhagavath Gita. For today's world the preaching of Gita will be more and more applicable. With respect to all religions and books, the book which rests importance on Karma, good deeds and what to expect and what not, how to lead a life beneficial to everyone, how to understand life and relationship with others, how to take efforts with a positive attitude, how to accept failures and again survive to live in a better style is all explained in Gita, So I hold it important.

What did you expect with a question like this?? Some will say the Koran, others the Gita and some the Bible. I disagree with all. All religions are similar in ways and different in ways.
There is just one truly all encompassing religion. And that is 'do unto others what you would have them do unto you'. That is obviously if you are not masochistic. If you can follow that principle and treat all humans and animals with respect and kindness - you will be above all religions.

Sri Bhagvat Gita. Bhagvat is made up of two words. Bhag+Vat. Bhag = Bhagvaan (God) and Vat = Vaacha (Speech). Gita means song or Poem. So Sri Bhavat Gita means Devine/Celestial Song sung by Lord Himself.
Bhagvat Gita are the real words spoken by Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna is the only person in the history of world who has declared Himself of been Supreme Being and Lord of all.
Bhagvat Gita is our reference book for Kalyuga. Just think of the most difficult questions in your life, I am sure Gita has answer to it.

The Bible. I don't know what "kalyug" is but, the Bible contains all you need to know. It explains the loving and righteous nature of God. Jesus reveal this to us, because through His visit to the earth, he saved all people and showed us who God really is. In order to operate a DVD player you need a manual, right? In order to live efficiently you also need a manual, the Bible. The power of God's Spirit as well as the the Bible will give you insight into making the right choices in life.

For all religions ? it should be dictionary !
Gita is perhaps the only book, which is suitable for us in this Kaliyuga
because Gita tells us what and how to do in face of negativity and how to attain enlightenment while doing our Karma only

Bhagavad-gita.
Bhagavad-gita is not just pertaining to any sectarian faith, viz., Christianity, Islam, Hindu or any ism. Bhagavad-gita is universal.
Bhagavad-gita speaks about the soul, irrespective of Christianity, Islam, Hindu or any ism.
