First of all, I as a former brewer hate it when someone says they hate beer. There are so many types out there that are so vastly different that I have been able to find a beer for everyone i know who says they don't like beer. For you I would suggest a Framboise Lambic - a raspberry flavored beer that is sweet and bubbly - similar to a raspberry champagne. Lambics also have black cherry, peach, currant and other flavors. Try one.
As a former bartender - you list some good ones.
Try a kamikaze
or a Murray - no one knows what a Murray is, but I was working with John Murray when he invented it.
Shot of rum, fill 3/4 way with pineapple
top with sour mix and a splash of cherry juice. It was such a huge hit at the wedding we were working.
Enjoy and try a belgian lambic, they are expensive but tasty, and they are a type of beer.

Not everyone wants to completely abstain from alcohol (myself included), and everyone has different tastes.
I would suggest trying different liqueurs and cordials. Here are some of my favorites.
DiSaronno (amaretto) and Frangelico are nut-based liqueurs. Amaretto is made from almonds, and Frangelico is made from hazelnuts.
Chambord is an excellent raspberry liqueur from France. On ice, you can hardly taste the alcohol.
If you can legally obtain Absinthe where you live, and you like the taste of black licorice, you might want to give it a try. It is high in alcohol content, but is intended to be diluted with water. No, it will not make you "trip," no matter what anyone might tell you happened to them. That's just in the movies.
I invented a mixed drink that I think you'll love if you like fruity drinks. Add melon liqueur (DeKuyper's or Midori) and vodka to banana-flavored soda. If you can't find banana soda, mixing banana juice with soda water is nearly as good.
Hope that helps!

I think you've answered your own question with all those fruity drinks. If you don't like beer then you dan't have to have it. In fact juices tastes good and they are more palatable, better for your health and unlikely to give you a beer belly. If you really want to have alcohol then maybe try those alco-pops like bacardi breezer ans such or if you want a bit more alcohol then maybe cider. I think just stick to the drinks you like. You don't have to have beer or beerish drinks if you don't like it. You are not alone. I can't stand alcoholic drinks.

If you are looking for something convenient to have on hand instead of having to actually mix drinks I would suggest any of the Smirnoff flavored coolers. They come in many fruit flavors - watermelon, raspberry, mandarin orange, green apple and black berry are just a few. They are all sweet and fruity and are sold in individual 12oz bottles in six packs just as beer is.

Have you tried a White Russian?
1 part Vodka
1 part Kahlua
1 part Cream
It is REAL good if you use stoli vanilla vodka.
Or a Brass Monkey:
One part light rum
One part dark rum
One part orange juice
Or a Mai tai:
3cl (6 parts) white rum
3cl (6 parts) dark rum
1.5cl (3 parts) orange curaçao
1.5cl (3 parts) Orgeat syrup
1cl (2 parts) fresh lime juice
Or a Cranberry Cooler:
1 Shot Vodka
1 Shot Disaronno Amaretto
3 Shots Cranberry Juice
2 Shots Orange Juice
See my source for more. Hope this helps!
PS - Despite what others may think, alcohol is sugar. Sugar makes you fat. It's not just beer that'll give you that belly.

I'm in a position similar to yours--I hate beer with a passion! What I think tastes absolutely awesome, though, is a fruity drink called a Midori Sour. White Zinfandel is also really, really good.

Amaretto sour; vodka with cranberry juice. I like whiskey sours but they can mess you up big time. Try some good wine. Chardonnay is a good start. A ten dollar bottle of Cycles Gladiator chardonnay is heavenly. Great tasting, subtle, and CHEAP for the quality.
