A very good Texas Holdem site is Pacific Poker.com it offers either play money or real money and there are plenty of tables to go to. I found it very easy to navigate. They also offer Royal Flush and Bad Beat Jackpots.

i've looked around and my personal opinion is partypoker.com, it has everything you need, and it allows you to use a lot of play money so you wont have to worry about losing any
