I mean why there aren't any record of this man who was brave enough to oppose the Pharoah?Surely someone who is very brave like Moses would have been recorded in Egyptian history.Right?
The Egyptians are well known of recording their history. Why is the name "Moses" hardly appeared in Egyptians historical record?

To:87124,The Torah was authored by Moses,if we proved that Moses doesn't exist,we can also proof that the Torah is written by some ordinary man thousands of years ago.

Well mainly the 'recorded history" is found on tomb walls, and some goat herding adoptee (the Egyptians viewed some herd animal as unclean) probably didnt' rate some Pharoah's eulogy.
Doesnt' the fact that the story exists in the Torah and in the Bible as in they're predominantly historically backed some evidence?
Also it was fairly common for a royal family to have a number of extended ie adopted children for use as companions for the bloodline...ie people to have around that don't have to cower and quake in front of you.. this doesn't mean he was actually all that close to the throne or even the the royal "records"
Just a thought.
Of course if my country got spanked by a lone man and a stick (oh and a God I don't acknowledge) I'd try to bury it too.

There is quite a bit of proof. The first bit of evidence are the pillars on both sides of the Red Sea. The one on the Egyptian side still resides there, and the one on the other side was removed by authorities (Muslims) and replaced with a marker. The chariot remains in the sea can be found by googling them.
Also, there is mention of Moses on the walls of two different places in Egypt. Some will argue and say he was Imhotep, while others believe he was Thutmoses III. Whichever name the Egyptians labeled him with, it is depicted how he helped change the Egyptian culture. Secondly, this is how they discovered Jospeh was real as well.
Also, the rock he split, against God's will, still exists. It is nearly 5 stories high.
Muslims and other people who are trying to hide the truth, do not want us to believe that any of this ever happened. There is becoming a bolder movement in the world to rid us of any evidence, or hide it, so that everyone will eventually not believe in God. Hmm. Sounds like Satan's plan is working.

Actually you will have to find a video called "The search for the real Mt. Sinai". On this video they chronicle the departure of Israel from Egypt. And they found a cave near some salts at a place called Mara. On the cave walls were the inscription about Moses and Israelites coming through that area.

Qura'n said 1400 years back that God Almighty will make body of Pheroah, sign of lesson for humanity to know power of Almighty and submit to Almighty.
At that time no one can even imagine where is the body of Pheroah, but now we found His body and this body tells us story of Pheroah and Prophet Moses(Peace and blessings of God Almighty on Him).
Qura'n also tells us about Moses(pbuh). This prove should be enough for us. If we do not find proof of Prophet Moses, it is our problem.

What if there was a part of your history that was so embarassing you didn't want it known. Would you include it. There are records of the enslavement of Israel and of their release. And the remnants of chariots wheels, horse harnesses at the floor bed of the Reed Sea add a little bit of an interesting archaelogical find.

Maybe because Moses was mythological. And place the writings of the Pentateuch at about 640 BC

1. are you looking for the proper name, for that is an english translated name. Moshe (I believe that is the right spelling) is his name.
2. he was but a simple man, no one of importance to society as in a big wig, etc. so why would there be documentation? let alone read his story....the world was flooded, any records would of been lost. (ever wonder why we find stuff like records, manuscripts hidden in caves and buried, flood, hide from water click any?) After flood it was him and his family to rebuild, being a simple man still he would need not to boast and write about himself.

Actually, the Egyptian leadership was known for destroying records that made them look bad. So even if this Moses did what the Bible said, there may be no external referances to it in Egypt.
And no, I don't believe in the Bible, just making this point.
