This is a scam to get you to send money. The Noble Bank of Scotland does not exist nore does the $1,500,000. Check out these links and search answers to see how many people 'win' the exact same lottery every day

Do not click on any links, the page you will be taken to will look authentic but is not
Do not send them a 'courier fee' or any other money
Do not hand over any bank details or passwords

Do report spam
Do delete

Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch. You cannot win a lottery if you havenot bought a ticket.

(I've answered this question so many times that I now keep this answer on my desktop and just copy and paste....that should give you a clue!)

SCAM!!!! From the question you are asking this lottery clearly rings no bell to you. I get a dozen a day of these or phishing e-mails, but this one is even more obvious!

Don't waste your time, delete without reading any e-mail from an unknown source and move on.

It's a scam. Do not provide any payment or personal information. Simply delete the e-mail and forget about it.

It is the same scam as the "African Millionaire" email a couple of years back...DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID (unless you want them to use your identity).
