they have motion sickness bands or you can get this stuff called drammamine

Take a tablet of dimenhydrinate (Gravinate, Dramamine) half an hour before you travel. Also, when travelling, do not look out of the window.

lick salt. sprinkle a little on your palm and lick it up whenever you feel naueous. my mom told me about this trick when she was pregnant. works like a charm
