How can i stop getting soo mad and upset about little things. i am 16.

Get a heavy bag, & use it. You'll fell better after a few swings.

The question is not whether you get mad, the question is what you do when you are mad.

Do anything that helps you without hurting or disrupting someone else. Punching bag is a good one. Also just general relaxation helps. Train yourself to let go of problematic thoughts. Listen to music. Punch bag while listening to music.

Focus on good friends who make you laugh and feel good about yourself. Avoid negative people and people who throw salt on wounds or goad you into negative feelings.

Talk about stuff that is upsetting you with someone you trust that way you maybe able to deal with the problem before you go off the deep end.

Dont worry u r in a teenager age it is normal but it will go for itself time will tell but try to be sober and take things easy dont rush to the negative side be positive for u to servive.

Umm...thats normal for your age. Im 18 and i still do sometimes. It sucks, i know. But its because of your hormones. Talk to someone abt it, if not write it down, that helps sometimes =)
