Kurt Busch if he can keep his car out of trouble and the crew can get it running right. Matt Kenseth will be a contender and of course Jeff Gordon will be right there with him. However I would like to see Jimmie Johnson perform well and maybe win! My overall pick if nothing happens to him: Kurt Busch.

Well it WON'T be Jimmie Johnson this week. Jeff Gordon has looked good so far and Hendrick should have a decent handle on the COT as well. All the RCR cars should do decent and I think Stewart and Hamlin from Gibbs should be in the mix as well. Kurt is good here but his team has not been up to the level it needs to be to get the 2 car in the chase. Look for Kenseth and Biffle to run strong for Roush. Top 5, Gordon, Kenseth, Stewart, Harvick and Hamlin. My dark horse not listed by name, Elliot Sadler.

Kurt Busch and Matt Kenseth are great picks for this race and tony and jimmie are no brainers. they are on another level of driving than the rest of that pack, but the truth is this race is a crap shoot until the finish because no one noone knows how the car of tommorow is going to benefit particular drivers... mainly toyota... since they suck they had to influence the body style to look like a celica and have an advantage over good old american cars

Well Kurt Busch loves Bristol. But look out for Matt Kenseth and all the RCR cars. RCR supposedly has a handle on the COT and if so will be hard to beat.

Truthfully... Jeff Gordon. He's 2nd in points, 1st if you throw Mark out of the equation already. After a 10th in Daytona, a pair of second place finishes @ California and Las Vegas, and then that "disappointing" 12th place run @ Atlanta, He's definitely due. The big thing I think here, Is that he had a potential race winning car @ ATL and we didn't get to see what would of transpired due to that problem late on pit road (while he was leading the race). I figure he will get the win in Bristol just because he's due. Unless his hot streak ends this weekend, or Kenseth shoves him outta the way on the last lap for 3RD POSITION... Gordon will have his Monte Carlo in Victory lane by late Sunday afternoon.

Kurt Busch or Tony Stewart are my top 2.
But I'd watch Gordon,Kenseth,Kahne.
With the C O T there well could be a first time winner,Truex?
That's all I have to say about that.

okay soem of you have good points but running the busch race will not help a whole lot. remember the cup drivers are racing COT. dodge and chevy have new models making their debuts this weekend. if it comes down to it i would say busch, gordon, kenseth, johnson, and stewart have a good chance to win. now this is being said before we see who is starting where and also well before the race starts.
