Hi,
Well, I do not know any FREE weight loss methods. Always when you make a decision to lose weight, there is some trade off.
But for the cheapest method I can think of (may not be the BEST or the most cost effective)
Read the books Fit For Life by Harvey Diamond or go to
www.bodyforlife.com for suitable work outs..
good luck!

Weight loss is as simple as this Energy expenditure > Energy intake.
There is no 'Quick' way to lose weight besides expelling water from your body (like a boxer does before a weigh in, but very dangerous due to risk of hypovolaemic shock) and this is why some people can lose up to 5kg in their first week of dieting.
Weight loss should be gradual, in the order of about 0.5-2kg a week. Limit your dietary energy intake and exercise for ~30mins 4-5 times a week.
Your should calculate you daily energy requirements so that you can set yourself a REALISTIC daily calorie intake target. Here is a link to one

Work out at least 30 minutes a day. Cut out most sodas and drink more water. Eat baked food and veggies try to avoid fried foods. Try to cut back your food intake.
A great site I used to help me get motivated and it's free is called sparkpeople.com. They are very supportive and help you along in your weight loss you can make some good friends on there it's like myspace for dieters. They also send you meal plans and try to give you workout ideas.

calorie output > calorie input.
eat six to eight short meals every 2 to 3 hours.
have a lean protein in every meal, like chicken breast.
if you have a treadmill or stationary bike or bicycle thats better, but if you dont have any, simply put on your track shoes and do the following..
jog for 5 mins at a slow pace
A - run as hard as possible for 1 min
B - jog again for 1 min at a slow pace
Repeat AB set 8 times and finish it off by by slow jogging for 5 mins..
eat a heavy breakfast
the last meal before bed should be small and atleast 2 hours before you sleep.
worked for my friend...
try it yourself..
if you want to get tone too; then read the article below..

Learn about nutrition. Eat healthy. Exercise. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Small portioned meals. Lots of water. No soda. Just be sensible in what you eat. If you feel guilty about eating something, then don't eat it.

Walk briskly 3-5 times a week monitor your fat intake (20 grams per day for women) and drink your weight divided by 2, converted to ounces in water! (ex. if you're 150 lbs., drink 75oz. of water daily) :) It works wonders if you can do it faithfully! :D
