my upper body is ok.

Try doing a rotation of walking/running. Walking helps tone the lower body, without affecting the joints. Do some upper body workouts to help increase the size of your upper body so it helps balance things out. I knew a guy who had unusually wide hips--shaped more like a woman than I am (and I am a woman). Of course, he was lazy and didn't try to do anything about it. If that is just your shape, tone it up...then you'll have a hot butt!

I'm 21. change your eating habits! that will help, i cant move a lot all day because i work in the office and in the evening, i'm to tired to work out! so i take healthy snacks to work, i dont feel hungry and i got so much energy, just great!
