i usually hav some bread at haf 6 every morning then i dotn eat again till about 4 o'clock when i hav a sandwich a snack and my dinner is this bad 4 me?

yes, it is bad for you unless you want to gain weight when you start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

It's definitely not okay. Don't you get hungry in the middle? Are you trying to starve yourself? If you're trying to do so in an attempt to lose weight, it's a terrible method because not eating enough will only slow down your metabolism, which means your body will start storing everything you eat as fat, and consequently you'll never lose the weight. Either way, even if you're not hungry during the afternoon, try to eat something small like grapes or an apple. It'll give you more energy and keep your metabolism going.

What do you think. You first eat at 6 n the morn 7 don't eat again til 4! C'mon, don't be afraid of food. You kinda need it to give you energy. I don't know how in the world you make it through the day w/o eating anything. Are you trying to end up malnourished?

Yes its bad for you. You should eat at least 3 square meals a day. At most 6 small meals. Mostly fruits and grains but you do need protiens from some source and I prefer fish and chicken.

We all have different eating habits, as long as your diet is varied and includes fruit, veggies, fibre (bread) , protein (meat), calcium (milk, yogurt, cheese etc.) and does not include junk food you should be ok. As humans we are meant to eat three meals a day, which is the ideal.

you are so gonna get fat.. i mean really fat..
if you don't eat for more than three hours, your body triggers the signal to start storing fat no matter what..

so 10 GOD DAMN hours. i am guessing you may heave aleady seen signs of gaining weight.. thats why you asked this question in the first place....

atleast have a handful of almonds every 3 hours to stop your body from playing havoc..

Yes.
You want to be healthy.
Since you're a woman, you'd wanna be eating about 250 calories every 3 hours.

If you're overweight, don't cut the eating. Just eat food with 0% fat.
