Yesterday i dreamed that i have my stomach full of excrement and they were moving, when i went to the bahtroom i fill up the toilet, the excrement raised up and became a dragon and start following me, so i start runng.

Dreaming of excrement subconsciously means problems or worries that are plaguing you. If they raised up and started following you it's because you feel that you are overwhelmed with little problems and you can't seem to escape them. In a sense you're trying to run away from your problems (fill up the toilet), but you can't.

I have been interpreting dreams for a while and this is what your dreams means. Your excrement is symbolic of the earthly and fleshly things of the world. What God is showing you that you were full of some worldly and fleshly things. However, the worldly and fleshly passed out of you. But the reason your excrement turned into a dragon is because the dragon is symbolic of the warfare nature of the devil. The dragon is that nature of the devil which wages war again believers. The reason this dragon chases you is because he wants to entrap you again with worldly and fleshly issues you had before.

This will not last. There is nothing wrong and I do not think this has any meaning. It was probably from some discomfort you felt while you were asleep.
