7mth old bichon?

Started humping arms & legs at 4mths
Neutered at 6mths but he still from time - to - time gets excited at play and begins to hump again. Why ?
Should he still be doing that? What was the point in getting him neutured if he's still gonna get all like that ?

It is not a sexual thing. Even female dogs hump. It has to do with dominance. Your dog is trying to be the dominant one. When he humps take him by the front paws and place him firmly on the floor and tell him "no".
