I want to focus on my legs. Somebody knows a workout or tips or suplements or anything???

Lunges are great, they tone your legs without bulking. They hurt like hell, but are worth it.

Walk as much as possible. Walking is far and away the best excersize for the legs, plus it benefits the whole body. Walk instead of jumping in the car or taking a bus. Walk. Walk. Walk.

Squats is #1.
Supplements don't help too much. Just eat.
Consume about 500 calories of food every 3 - 3.5 hours.
You won't need protein shakes.

try inline skating! i just bought a k2 pair of skates at 50% off at inline culture at east coast rd. i read in an article that it tones your muscle hips down twice as much as cycling and jogging. and you know what's more? you get to meet new people and try out this new and exciting sport.

i met this guy, cant remember his name. he and his team is always at the ECP rink every friday arnd 8 plus. they skate really really well. check it out yourself. im looking for kakis as well. you can be my first.hah

Thighmaster, leg lifts and pelvic thrust. Lunges too but I don't like those I can't do them right.
