I have been on a diet for 3 months and am extremely close to my goal. I have not eaten one bad thing in this whole 3 months and am considering a treat....
I want to make it worth while but don't want to feel too guilty. What you you eat?

I'd treat myself to a yogurt parfetti (I spelled it wrong) It'z with fruit like berrys, on the bottom of a cup, then yogurt ontop of it with chopped nuts on top! easy, and healty and not alot of calories! GOOD LUCK! I'm rooting for ya!

If you're going to go on a diet you're better off having the occasional treat and not feeling bad. There are 2 reason: a) you are less likely to go into a pig out frenzy by the taste of one bit of "naughty" food and (b) if you completely cut "bad" foods from your diet and then begin to incorporate them back you are extremely likely to regain the weight faster than ever because your body isn't used to handling that amount of fat/salt/sugar etc.

In saying that....chocolate all the way!!

I had a diet plan that gave me an icecream at the end of the day.
That did not make me crave for sweets.
Think of what you like. Take a bit of it. But remember the cravings increase. If you eat healthy, you do not crave for unhealthy food.

Eat what you like . Just onece or twice will not matter. Exercise and it is worked out.

A few Pieces of Dove Dark Chocolate.
Or an entire thing of ice cream, peanut butter, pretty much everything In my cupboards, fridge, and freezer, then throw it all back up. I have the pleasure without the guilt.

You have gone three months, successfully sticking to your diet. You deserve a reward. Have whatever snack you want. You have EARNED it. It won't hurt.
