HI I just joined(1 month back) a MNC where there are 800 employees in current location.
Here i saw a girl who looked beautiful to me.
I hardly see her as we are in different Departments.But whenever i look at her it seems that
she also looks at me.
I want to talk to her but afraid of how she would react, which can jeopardise my position
in Organisation too.
I have her personal gmail address, extension number(landline).
An idea that came to my mind is to invite her in Google talk as even i have an gmail address.
Some people will say you are so stupid and slow :)
Please tell me am i right or any other suggestions are welcomed
I asked this in Yahoo Answer as i know this is a place to find all real people.

hi dude...... i feel its all childish to look at each other and fantasy love. so go and say helllo to her make friendship with her,ask her for tea..know her first then decide....your g mail idea is not bad but i feel its better to be straight forward.... im also a girl and obviously i prefer a decent straight forward boy...its shows you are confident about yourself...so get ready smartly tomorrow and approach her...all the best..

Just be yourself. Dont be afraid to talk to her. Not until you make your move to know her will you know her reaction. i dont know why even your position will be affected, but make a move to be friend with her. You are in the same company and its not bad if you start your conversation on your jobs.
real women wants real men who are not hiding on email or chat or whatever.
BE REAL.
