Theirs a girl, we are friends i always like her more then this but now i found out she likes me to (through many ppl including a card she made me for my B-day saying she wants to be more then friends) but problem is my sister is dating her brother.......

You mean to say just because your sister is dating her brother you cannot date her? Are you nuts or what? There is never a rule that says that whenever a sister is dating the other brother, you cannot date the sister. What bullshit. Don't worry about it and just go ahead with the friendship and courtship.

if you both feel the same way about each other, and are interested in exploring a relationship with each other, it shouldn't matter who her brother or your sister is dating. it's not about them, its about you two. i say go for it. your sister is still going to be your sister and her brother is still going to be her brother. good luck
