Since he have a new girlfriend he has not call me during the evening or early in the morning but when h e is at work and he always want to get with me when she is at work just to talk. i have no problem with his girlfriend but why can't he talk to me when she is around?

More than likely his girlfriend has laid the law down to him about you.
Since he's sneaking around and wanting to hook up with you, at work, you need to be the one to draw the line and start distancing yourself.
Be prepared to not be as tight with your guy friend. Nothing against you, but he's ready to start putting focus on his girlfriend. I consider that only fair.

It is obvious that he doesn't want her to know he talks to you...I think you can put 2 and 2 together from there...

Maybe he doesn't know how ot explain his female friends to her yet. Or maybe she has some insecurities he has not figured out how to address yet.
