guide me sme mouth exercise if anyone knows cz i dont want to go fr clipping r any kind of surgery

If you are between the age of 13 and 18, this is a pretty normal thing to happen. Do not get anything done, this will settle as you grow older. However, do consult your dentist so he can see if anything is abnormal.

Please try to understand the reasons for your problem before trying out a solution.
Protruded teeth can result from small jaw and bigger teeth, pushing by tongue or thumb sucking. The first one is biological and you have to consult a dentist who will , perhaps remove one of the teeth somewhere and, do clipping for all the teeth so that the space will be sufficient for all.
Coming to the other reasons, they may happen during early years or unintentionally. You can try pushing slowly from outside .... theoretically !!! This is not practical. If you still have the habit of thumb sucking or pushing with tongue, STOP immediately and at least you can control it now.
If you feel, the looks are too bad, then the only practical solution will be visiting a dentist.

well i kind of had that problem, but now i have braces. do you happen to always be sticking your tongue out? that is one of my major habits, so my orthodontist said i have a tongue thrust which could be pushing my teeth forward. If you don't then I think you should just ask your orthodontist or dentist.

There is no alternative but to tighten your teeth with a clip or some such thing.
