find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

you'd be surprised how much you can lose just by cutting out soda. try 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week, or a center like LA Weight Loss. thye can work soda into your diet, but it'll cost like $400 for the program.

Sounds like you already know -get off the soda. It is really bad for you.
only way to loose the belly fat is cardio, and lots of it. for men it generally comes off the belly last though but it is proven that you cannot 'spot train' (loose weight in one select part of the body)
When I started losing weight it unfortunatley went from my boobs first :o( and my stomach last....

The soda is KILLING you. Got to stop it. It's not the caffeine you are addicted to, it's the sugar. You know you could get caffeine in other products, you want all the sugar.

You certainly would benefit from exercise and you know the problem already...drop that soda! Try to limit your carbonated beverage intake. Try drinking more tea, lemonade, coffee...it's not the caffeine that's staying with you..it's the carbs! good luck!

you need to reduce intake of sugars especially soda and you need to start an activity that will burn more calories than what you are taking in maybe you can try walking, jogging, swimming and any activity you are comfortable doing you also need to do sit ups. in order to get your desired shape there is need for discipline in all these matters.
