To answer your question I conducted an experiment. Now we went over to a high rise building and dropped two 10 cent pieces off. guess what about 5 people came runnign out of the synagogue to get it. However I do know a few Jewish people and they are very generous. So I have to say that it all depends on the personality of the Jew
