A: Tell her parents.
B: Call the police; making threats is illegal and he can be arrested before he commits the act, especially if you have proof; text messages, emails, letters. They can go and scare the crap out of him by showing him that they already know what he has threatened and if she is harmed or missing, they will know who has done it.
C: Clue your own parents in. If he hurts you, then tons of people knew about it from the beginning and can testify to the fact that this guy needs to go to prison.
I'm Dead Serious. Call the cops. Now. They don't have specified hours to call in a crime, and threats of kidnapping is a crime.

Are u serious? What in the HE>> is the underworld? Call the police or confront the dude or better yet hide her in a secluded place so he won't find her.
