Jergens and Biore (and others I do not know by name) make lotions that make hair thinner with use. You have to use them for two months before you really notice a change. You also have to apply it 2-3 times a day -- whatever it recommends.
If you stop using it, the hair can grow thicker again.
I have used this in the past, but had to stop because I get ezcema in really bad in the winter months. These lotions irritate that.
Jergens makes one for the legs that is about $6 for a 16 oz bottle. Biore makes one for the face that is about $7 for 8 oz. There are other ones about the same price. I do not think that they make one for the whole body. You would have to get two kinds.

It's not likely to be possible to remove unwanted hairs permanent. Waxing would be the next best option.
