This is good, well you can call this 2 things,
1, toad in a hole, or
2, egg in a nest.
first you take a piece of bread, butter or margarine both sides, this is tricky, but can be done, then you put it a frying pan on medium heat, take a small glass, like a juice glass & turn it upside down & make a hole in the bread, put a little more margerine or butter in the hole, now add a egg, fry this until done, keep flipping up one edge to check for it to be brown & cooked, then you flip the whole thing over till the top is done, keep checking by just slightly flipping the edge to see that it,s cooked, & not runny, & vaula, egg in a nest or toad in a hole, oh the circle you cut out you can fry that also & then dip in the egg if you have,nt over cooked your egg. Never heard about the ham & tomateo part, but I guess that can be done, if you make a bigger hole. Well hope I was of somewhat help.

it is called egg in a basket without the ham and tomato, and what you do is butter the bread on both sides and put in it a pan on medium heat. You crack the egg in the center of bread that you cut the middle (only a small circle not the whole thing) and you fry the egg, you turn it over, and "toast" the other side. With ham and tomato you put the ham and tomato on after one side is cooked and you have flipped it.

Toad in the hole. I am guessing.
Put a bit of butter in a pan - then put the bread in, let it brown just a bit, then add the egg and other stuff - fry as you
normally would, scoop up and serve.
