Try to pronounce it as it was :Wishnyevski. It is the closest to Polish pronounciation. Americans cannot spell it right, but in Polish there is a little diacritical mark above "s", which sounds like "shi". That is why you should prounounce it like this, not "Wizniewski".

In it's non-Americanised form, it would be viz-nyev-ski / viz-nyev-skee.
