you didn't have write enough information....like in which point of your belly..belly is a big region...in empty stomach or after food ..if u have burning sensetion in empty stomach then it may be because of..
1.gastro-esophagaous syndrome
2.hyper gastro acidity
3.mild ulcerities (generally accompanied by vomiting) the probability is low in your case.
gold bludder or upper gutt ulcers cause accute pain or even vomiting ..seems not to be the case as other answerers mentioned just from imagination..
please don take any antacid tablets because those can relieve pain temporarily but can cause hide the actual cause and lead to improper diagonosis..and drug dependency
You better take tablet Rx. Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily 45 mins before food..
try to estimate how u feel.. and..
consult a gastro-enterologist on general medicine specialist if necessary.

Burning feeling is most likely acid in your stomach.

Talk to your doctor about it.

You can take over the counter antacids for that.

Don't let your stomach get too empty. Get some saltine crackers, A couple of them will help with that burning feeling.

Pay attention to what foods make you feel worse.

Be sure and see your doctor. Some stomach ulcers need and antibiotic and that takes care of them quickly

You didn't give quite enough info...it depends on where the pain is located exactly.Stomach pain could be anything from indigestion-gas-ulcers-hernia-gall bladder disease..and the list goes on. I would try some antacids and if that is not effective consult an MD.

It could be acid reflux, a flu coming on, or something that didn't agree with you.
If the pain is in the lower bottom right side of your abdomen, it could be your appendix. See a doctor soon.
