depends on which woofer from both companys your looking at. it also depends on the box, and where you put them in the car. personally i think DD is better then Treo, as far as spl, but i'm still going to need modle numbers on both to give you a more accurate answer.

Go kicker and get there solo berc subs L5 or L7 you cant go wrong with these subs they sound great and will be louder as a 10" than any 12" round sub do to the fact that they are square they have more surface area wich means they will get louder.....

both are very good speakers depending on your reserve power and the amplifiers you use you should base it off of that, unless you don't have an amp it which point i would recommend a nice size us amp or digital design amp, and an RE audio MT or xxx series sub but i think the digital designs will be the best if you have that kind of space and cash, other woofers to consider....MMats,Atomic APX,soundstream,MTX 9500,JLaudio,Kove audio,Orion, adire audio, assendent audio, soundsplinter, rockford fosgate,Image dynamics.......etc..........

you didnt say which models but the 2 15's will move more air because they are bigger and they will go down deeper but in general whichever speaker has the higher sensitivity that is the louder speaker.

considering i have never heard of either of those, i would stay away from them. check out kicker and alpine subs.
