Christ said that he will give you a peace that passes all understanding. get to know him and your peace will no longer be predicated upon your situation or environment but upon your relationship with him.

I gain peace of mind and even make decisions by saying the Serenity Prayer every night.
God grant me the serenity
To accept those things I cannot change
Courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.

Those peoples are most happy in the world who are satisfied with what they have..their mind rest in peace and happiness..
to have a peace in mind...
don hanker after always what u don have..
remember all men are born equal..the social discrimination or official high/low rank differecce is created by mankind themselves..not by nature..
any body' s work is equally important and not smaller or greater (responsibility may differ) in office irrespective of official hierchy rank because one's work is dependent on others,..whole nature goes in this way..
don and never thought yourself in family, office, society..or in anywhere...irrespective of your money income, personal appearence..etc...because all men have equal right in society..thats the human right..
always keep attention in the "present" not "past"(what happened) nor "future"( what is going to happen)..
may all our mind have peace.
