how to make a setup i.e. of setup.exe of any files or pictures?

i have many notepad files and many other files and i want to create a setup of it that is to create a setup.exe file

What exact kind of a setup you want to create? If you want that setup file to include all the notpad and images and copy them to a particular location when executed, you can try Install Sheild software at http://www.installshield.com/ You can also have an MSI windows installer at http://www.advancedinstaller.com/

If you do not want it to copy at a particular location, you can also try winzip's Self Extractor exe file feature. Copy the files to a zip folder, right click>>Winzip>>Create Self Exctractor (exe)
