12. 123lbs. 5'4. disordered eater. not gonna change that. i cant. i eat under 300cals. everyday. i need exercizes. summers coming up. help?

the best way...which may will NOT work with eating less then 300 cals because it tones and pulls in muscle simply by the eating is this. Eating a ton of protein, chicken tuna fish egds etc, and doing cardio. That took me three weeks, not only did upping my protein intake give me more energy, but eating more food and healthy food boosted my metabolism like crazy, the exercize wont work without the protein intake. I ate oatmeal for breakfast one pkg and a large glass of milk, a pkg of tuna with lemon for lunch and a chick breast pan fried in olive oil and a veggie for dinner one night and steak the next night. a yogurt somewhere in there and a cheese snack, and water and tea to drink all day. I had previously run 2 miles a day and did sit ups and yoga, it wasnt until I started that food diet that I suddenly had toned abs, I do less sit ups now and keep the same food regimine and run. I credit it completely to the diet, hey 8 pounds lost in 3 weeks...sheeez. you lose more as time goes by if you stick with that food intake, its my bikini secret. I even splurge on cake and ice cream when I want to, but the diet is crucial to tummy toning. BTW I am 5'4'' 110, and 23, so if it worked for me it will def work for you!

the best way to lose stomach fat is to do cardio and and run alot. and if you want to tone it then just do sit ups.
