I believe Jesus was a prophet, and that he was Allah's Messenger.
I have a friend who is now a muslim, read the bible and said there is no proof that Jesus was the Son of God, in fact Jesus himself never said he was the son of God. So where do christians get that Jesus was the son of God.
Can you tell me or better can u proove it?
and please do not quote the modern bible, beacuse it has been rewritten and anybody can write anything.

For bakfanli- The Koran words are revelations from god- There is a big difference revelation and someone writting it. The words from the bible are not revelations, but rather words written by men on their opinions. Some true christians are saying that today's Bible is not the true one. So where is the true one then?
Just ask jewish people and Muslims

For the people who say that they cannot quote the bible- Because the bible has many versions. The Koran has one- The Torah has one. Then why do christians say its the true words of god when its keeps being edited?

and for people who said jesus is god, does that mean that some people have seen god, plus he never said he was god either.
There is no physical proof that Jesus was the Son of god. And if there is if, does that mean that God has sexual needs?

Many christians lok to the "new testament" to prove that Jesus(pbuh) was God's actual son. They seem to forget that in "the old testament" God called Israel his firt born son (Exodus). God called a High priest named Melchisidek his son, God called David(pbuh) his son aswell as the Angels. The term "son of God" does not prove or suggest direct relation to God. It is merely an expression to identify those who have been chosen by God for a specific duty. the notion that "son of God" means direct relation comes from pagan greek and Roman influence.
The Bible clearly states(old testament) that "God is a Jealous God and will give his glory to No one". Why then would God ask you to Glorify his "son"? This is only a saple of the many aborogations and contradiction with in the current bible.

im sorry , but Jesus does say he is the Son of God in John 10:36, I guess you missed that verse. Just as you stated the Bible has been rewritten, but so has the Quran, the way I see it it's the same thing. Allah is God and Jesus was a messenger of God, he came and told the world of God and then he sacrificed his life foe sinners, and God said in Matthew 3:17- This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. SO he confirmed that Jesus was his son.

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God." (1 John 4:15)
So, your going to believe the Koran, but not the Bible?Youve got it backwards buddy. The koran contradicts even itself! Not to mention, it tells believers in allah, to cut the heads off of "unbelievers" look it up. It contradicts itself all over the place. Jesus IS theMessiah, and he also warns us about all the false prophets who will coms, after He goes back to His Father. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; is not the same God of Abraham in the Koran- they have two different fathers. False prophets take a little bit of the Word, and twist it to mean some thing else.

Because God said in the scriptures, "This is My son, in Whom I am well pleased, hear Him."
You claim that the "modern Bible" has been re-written, so you're obviously slanting to Muslim rhetoric about the Bible being "corrupted". So why did you even bother asking the question? Any Christian is going to quote from Scripture, because it is the Word of God.
Your "Muslim friend" is taught to discredit the Bible because Islam tells him to do it. So why does that make him of any authority? Because a Muslim proclaims the Bible in error, we're all supposed to ditch Christianity? I don't think so!

Your friend, who is now a muslim, read the Bible and said there is no proof that Jesus was the Son of God and in fact Jesus never said he was the Son of God but you don't want any of us to quote the Bible????? Your bias is showing and its reflecting very badly on your faith, my friend. God spoke from heaven and said, "This is my son, in whom I am well pleased." and that is good enough for me.

How do you know that Jesus was a prophet and that He is Allah's messenger?
Because it is in the Koran? The Koran is just a book, and anybody can write anything.

We know He is because the bible says He is. Anyone who truly wants to know the truth can find it. The bible is a book of prophecy, promised and fulfilled. If a person chooses, they can study and find out those things in the old testament that were prophesied, happened.
It is up to each individual to decide for themselves whether to believe the claims of Jesus Christ......or not.

You say don't quote the Bible, yet what claims are you making to say that Jesus never claimed to be the Son of God? According to the modern Bible Jesus claimed more then once to be the Son of God.
What ultimate source do you have to say that he never did claim to be the Son of God?
Once you answer that we can go from there. EMAIL me if you would like.

I don't know what Bible your friend read, but not only is Jesus the son of God, but Jesus IS God.
Apparently you are beliving something your friend told you, as most people do, instead of searching for yourself.
Seek God with a sincere heart if you truly want to know the truth.
