Sounds like he is trying really hard to be friends but isn't sure what you like. Make a suggestion once in a while so he has some ideas about what you like to do.

dude that really sucks. that'd be one of my worst nightmares cuz its hard to say no every time. go sometimes but not too often. u can also try reverse psychology and ask him to hang out all the time and see what happens.

you should just kick them out theres no easy way to say you dont want to hang out with them. or invite a friend of yours and make them hang out so you dont have to no more.
