my bff's bf used to be my b/f. I didn't think i still liked him until she asked him out. Now they're going out and i like him even more. She asked me if I want them to break up so i could go out with him, but i said no so she wouldn't get hurt. Did i make the right choice by putting her first, or should i have followed my heart?

the only reason you wanted him is because you saw him with another girl. it's the same as when babies play with toys and are only interested in the one the other has (it's really true)

first of all attempt to locate why your bf prefer you to break up including your bff. If he extremely have been given any sufficient reason..then do what your bf is saying. could be your bff isn't as you thought.. if your bf have been given no factor then no way, you will desire to no longer wreck up including your bff. communicate including your bf...he would desire to comprehend you. Else i'm afraid..

You always want what you can't have, but the fact the your "best friend" would ask out your ex is totally shady, and your ex boyfriend would go out with your friend is just weird. Your best friend and ex boyfriend sound like they are only worried about their own feelings and neither one really care for you. Remember that guys will come and go but real friendships last forever, but a friend like that is not a real friend at all.

You did the right thing for everyone concerned. You will see. You have more integrety at your age then most people I know at mine. Good for you. You have to realize the your ex-boyfriend is your ex for a reason. Your Best Friend is very lucky to have you. Stay on the right course. You will find another guy, and he will not want anyone but you, and vice versa.

a good friend wouldn't have dated your X to begin with. If you didn't like him until they started dating then you dont even like him now you just might be jealous that they are a couple and thats something you used to have, or maybe you just miss being in a relationship. but im sure its not because you like him. its hard tho when its your friend and your x, next time dont let that happen, its just better that you leave them be and find someone else

You did right, you aren't together for a reason. And your friend is more important than a guy....take it from one...my girlfriend chose me over her best friend and they no longer talk...but do not be afraid of following your heart, you have to be happy at some point in your life

Should have followed your heart.. if you really love him then you should have gone back out with him.. but don't do it if he doesn't feel the same way. It sounds like he's playing you both.

that would have been selfish to make them break up. you did the right thing, chances are it wont last anyway, in the mean time go out andn have soem fun!
