I got very distracted at the gas station and drove away with the pump still in the car.
Fortunately, they make the hoses breakaway, so there was no major damage. I just felt like a complete idiot.

Umm....I was laughing during someones presentation and got in trouble. And a while ago I was at my friends house and we were baking and I handed her the Butter [with foil on it] and I thought she would take it off but she put it in the microwave with the foil around it and it started sparking everywhere but we got it out quick enough!

no big mistake that i can think of recently... small mistake was i ordered a wrong dish for lunch--turned out unappetizing... :S
you know how sometimes the actual food doesn't look and taste as nice as the picture of it? and it happens to cost a little more than normal too... :(
