I need some help about this guy at my school. I really like him, and I know he likes me... but his friend, alexis, hates my guts and wont let him even talk to me when shes around. and no, she doesnt like him, she just hates ME.

You know, I'd be willing to bet Ms. Alexis totally likes this guy. She sounds awfully territorial if she doesn't. I know you're completely convinced she hates you....and I won't disagree there. But perhaps she's afraid of losing a friend - or more so, losing out on her chance to be with someone she secretly cares for.
I say, let the lad chose for himself. I mean, I totally think it's sweet that you two both like one another. BUT - if he's willing to let Alexis ruin his chance with you, it's his loss.

why does she hate you? why not try to patch things up with her so that she doesn't hate you so much and get in the way of you trying to talk to her friend.
or you could write her a note or something telling her you really care about him and if she cares to she could lighten up a bit on it so that he can be happy.
or ask him when your alone if you ever get the chance as to why he lets her stand in the way of him being happyy?

well if she is around ignore her. let him in on whats going on. just talk to him anyway. kick her *** if you have too. dont let no one contol you. who does she think she is. dont let her know you are afraid. stand up for yourself. if you want to have conversation with this guy then ignore the barking dog and just talk to him. she is doing this cuz you are giving her your undevided attention. ignore the dog. only pay attention if she threatens you. other than that walk right up to him and talk. just do it . dont be afarid.

If you and he can be together without her around, then you could talk with him. Repect that when she is around, not to tlak to him. Eventually, he will get tired of it, and talk to you whether she is around or not. Take care.
