I am living in Australia as a permanent resident and i am british but need to get a passport... Please help!!!

Go to the British Embassy in Australia and renew your passport. If your looking to get an Australian one you need to become a citizen first.

You just need to look up the British Consulate in the phone book or the internet and they can advise you how to renew your passport. You cant gain an Australian passport until you are a citizen, and I can only imagine that once you area a citizen they must give you all that information in some sort of pack.
