Try the South Beach diet. It's aimed toward getting rid of belly fat. The first two weeks (phase 1) sucks, but you will lose about 13lbs in that first 2 weeks. The website below has the phase 1 food list. It works, I promise!

It's best to spread your meals apart about two-three hours, and eat several small meals, instead of 2 or 3 large ones. This is much easier on your metabolism, and helps to actually speed it up! 30 minutes (or more if your up to it) of cardio about 4 days per week is ideal, and.....(a little trick) do it in the morning, after your a.m. coffe, but BEFORE you eat anything. This burns fat right off your body, instead of burning off your eggs or cereal you just ate.
Additionally, drink lots of water, and watch the carbs. Keep your protein at about a gram or less for each pound of body weight. For your last week of fat burning, you can try one of those "24 hour" liquid fat burning products if your up to it. They cleanse the toxins out, and have a mild diuretic effect.
Good luck! Consistency is the key.

It depends on how old is your fat meaning, how long have you been have it. 3 months usually the time when you start to see a LITTLE bit of change. Do not believe anything else. Come and email me if you do before 3 months.

well if you need it lost in a couple of weeks 50 crunches a day will do you no good. Try 750 a day, or go to your local tanning salon and get a body wrap!

Do upper and lower crunches every day and as much as you can, I can usually do a few hundred a night, I take a minute or two breaks in between each set of 50, just do it until it burns so bad you can't anymore!!

Keep a tiny water glass, which you must refill often, instead of a huge water bottle on your workplace.

I'm sure should you reduce in size the abdomen in addition to become accustomed to eating less, it helps.
