does a alero 2003 have audio connection to hook my amp wires to?

It won't have any RCA pre-outs. You can tap into the speaker wires, either behind the radio or at the rear speakers in the trunk, if you use an amp with high-level inputs or if you use a line-out converter.

and risk damaging the radio also the engine noise is louser than the music get the correct interface for the radio and vehicle and don't cut any factory wires

yes they do u can find them at wal-mart for like 20 dollars or less...u might be able to find them for less if u look around!
