I agree with the others about the grammar. Wow!
Anyway ... if you have taken these pictures yourself, they need to have enough megapixels to allow for the size. If you are looking at them in an 8x10 size and they are blurry, there is not much you can do.
If you are talking about looking for them on the web, there is a reason they are looking blurry in an 8x10 size... they are in a low resolution because the photographer doesn't want people copying and stealing their work.
If you want to buy their images, I am sure if you contacted them they would let you know the price if they are for sale.
Otherwise, remember to use a camera with enough MP the next time you shoot pictures. If you are planning to crop a picture you need even more MP so the cropped area will look decent when blown up.

First off, I can't believe it's any more difficult to type a question using correct English, punctuation, and spelling than it is to type gibberish.
You need about 4 mega pixels to make an uncropped 8x10. The image needs to be sharp and taken at low ISO. If you are cropping, remember to do the math. (Perhaps your math skills are more advanced than your grammar?) If you start with a 4mp image and crop it 50%, you're down to 2mp, not enough for an 8x10.
Have a good day.
