Satan wants Gods throne!
Free-Will applies to alot of things, whether to get up and go to work, to go and take a bath, to eat...etc.
All of these things are free will of your chosen. You can also choose to sit and die..although the will to live is stronger.
There will be no sin in Heaven..it will be peace and quite

No one said that no one wanted to sin in heaven. The problem was accepting God as God. When one concentrates on what one wants from heaven, one will not want to defy this. The story of Lucifer can be a warning. Choose your consequences.

I can not find anywhere in the bible where Free Will is a gift. Maybe too many people are watching Bruce Almighty, I don't really know. God's gift to us is salvation given freely by the grace of God, through the redemption of sin at the death of Jesus Christ. If being allowed to choose to accept or reject God's word and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is what you are refering to as free will, then please point me in the right direction where I can find reference to that in the bible. God will not force his gift of salvation on anyone, he has used bellievers and non believers to do HIS WILL so that the world may come to see the truth and repent and be saved. For that is all God wants. But he has allowed some to be deaf and blind to the word because their hearts are calloused, or like stone and no matter what you show them or tell them with or without merit or proof they will not believe. As to the question will there be sin in heaven, how can there be? God is the truth he cannot sin when he created Adam, Adam knew nothing of sin until he fell into temptation with Eve's help, thus bringing sin into this world. No one can enter the kingdom of heaven except through the son Jesus Christ who was without sin. God made flesh, and we are all dead to sin but through the belief in Christ Jesus by the grace of God the Father almighty we are born again into salvation free from the salvery of sin. To try to make sense of that when Jesus was crucified, died, and was buried he descended into hell where he brought all of the sins of the world with him being the ransom paid in full for all. On the third day he was raised from the dead as God would not let his body see decay. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father, and at the appointed time he will return to judge the living and the dead. So you see when Jesus died and went to hell he took sin with him and paid the ransom for the ultimate consequence of sin which is death. Our bodies will die and decay our spirits will go to heaven where we will be made whole again but since we are born again through the holy spirit in Christ Jesus sin no longer has us bound. So there will be no sin in heaven. The only will I know of is the will of the Father. Lucifer an angel of heaven was the father of lies and had convinced other angles that they could overtake God and Heaven, yet this is impossible, so he was cast out of heaven. Outside of Lucifer who else has sinned in heaven? Has any other been cast down? Not in the bible I read.

Free will is a state of mind. It could be said that free will only exists in our minds.
From what I understand, you leave your physical body when you transcend to the afterlife. If this was the case, you would lose your brain, which contains the physical enbodiment of your mind. I always thought this meant that your mind, which is the vessel for many things such as memories, and in this case, free will, will no longer exist.
Heaven as I understand it is nothing more than an eternal resting place for your soul, a place of eternal contentment. No human can understand or comprehend heaven with our minds, so trying to comprehend it with any sort of certainty is futile.

Free will is a must in every relatinship to God
Lucifer sinned in heaven....
love is based on free will - God is love and flows in love. If a being does not have free will he or she or it is a robod not a being.
If i grabbed a woman at gunpoint and told her to say I love you and forced her to marry me is that love. Love requires a choice. God is love. Without love it is nothing...

Those who will be with God in the end will be those who like Paul have "been crucified with Chist so that it is not I who live but Christ who lives within me." With God being at the center of our lives and with total rule in our lives how could we, why would we sin. Our selfish self-seeking desires have been crucified. The old world with all of its evil and temptations has also passed away.

with one's free will a choice can be made not to want to sin. and God gives the support that no sin is committed.
in heaven the body that on earth is tempted to sin.. is changed to that of a glorious body that is not tempted to sin. neither is there anything in heaven that would tempt a person to sin.

God gives us free will so you we will submit (willingly, freely) to His Will.
So we voluntarily say Lord, we want to make the free will choice no longer to have free will but to have your will in our lives.
In Heaven, there will be a complete submission to God's will. Therefore, no sin.
***UPDATE***
There is no biblical evidence that Lucifer sinned in heaven. This is simply an ancient Christian oral tradition.
