Don't they all have pineapple juice? I used to live in Hawaii and absolutely love MaiTais. The recipe is:

1 oz. light or dark rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz. sweet and sour
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. creme de Noyaux

Shake and pour.

Top with 1/2 oz. 151 rum. This rum will be floating on top.

They are so good!
