peal the pineapple, then cut place it horizontal in the chopping board, cut it from the center, then get the other half and start slicing an inch wide of it. use a sharp knife to avoid getting your pineapple ruin, but take lots of caution with your fingers.

Piece of piss. You peel the pineapple, cut it into slices about 1 cm. thick then take out the centre with an apple corer, taking care to keep the centre and juice. Give the peel to farm animals or put it on your garden.

Chop off both ends so you have a flat surface, slice-off skin-top to bottom, once its peeled you can now slice. Here is a gagget I found on the web, its cool. =)
