Every once in a while, at random moments (esp. when i'm being silly) he'll say,
"you make me laugh..." and have a settle half grin/half smile on his face
or
"you make me smile..."
Good thing? and why?

I think it's a good thing. At least you make him smile, bring joys to him and maybe he likes to be with you because of this reason.

Yeah it's a good thing! It means he likes that you have a sense of humor and are fun. My boyfriend does that sometimes but his main one, when I'm acting weird is "Your so cute" So yeah it's a good thing

NO. Oh my goodness no. He actually means that he thinks you're a loser. "you make me laugh" means he thinks you're pathetic, wimpy, and foolish. "you make me smile" means he gets twisted thoughts when he sees you, like he wants to go kill a herd of baby rabbits when he sees you. Good luck this guys a creep.
