Sometimes the bleeding isnt constant my dog is like that esp during her first heat. Just keep an eye on her and keep her away from any males 3 weeks after the bleeding has completely stopped.

When female dogs are in heat, its not the same as a woman.. it comes and goes.. If everything in that area is swollen way larger than the normal size, then she is still in heat. It usually lasts around a week

Buy some of those Pull-ups and cut a hole for the tail... way easier than the cloth one with the pad in it that you have to change.

If she is in heat the bleeding can come and go.

Take her to a vet.

Don't know. But you should get your dog spayed. There are enough unloved dogs running around out there.
