Yes, Tylenol (acetaminophen) has few drug interactions, the most common and dangerous is taking it along with beverage alcohol. Taking Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and acetaminophen is not a problem.

Yes you can take analgesic (Tylenol) and antibiotics together with no reactions. The only thing I would worry about it if you are on birth control pills or shots the antibiotics can weaken their affect and increase your chances of getting pregnant while you are on the antibiotics and for about two weeks after. You should use a back up method in the mean time like condoms or spermicide while you are on Cipro.

Take a look at the nyquil bottle. It is usually formulated with acetaminophen. Acetaminophen = Tylenol. Too much Tylenol causes hepatic/liver failure.. which is obviously an unwanted and deadly result. So with nyquil you probably wouldn't need the extra Tylenol. Hope that helps.

Yes. Cipro is an antibiotic and tylenol is an analgesic. There shouldn't be any problem with an interaction.

Yes can but stay dose allow, and stay away drinking you know what and antacid because block the Cipro. Moreover, Tylenol and drink you know what will kill your liver. Buy your cheap drug from canada? lol
